Lessen the Stressin’
Description: Delegates learn effective means of staying on top of potential problems,
relaxing, keeping their cool, perspective and ‘the big picture.’ Benefits include
smoother projects, better health and improved relationships. We look into meditation,
right brain relaxation techniques, self hypnosis, music, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural
Therapy) and goal setting. We also look into relationships and how those affect our
emotional state, and what to do about it. We also learn a special method called “Overcoming
Overwhelm.”
Who would benefit? Anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed or anxious.
