LET’S BE CLEAR: You will get MORE SALES or there is NO CHARGE.
For a limited time, your new profits must be at least twice our fees before we charge for the service. NO RISK!
Here is the detail:


HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. We provide a customised training /coaching programme for your sales staff.


2. We guarantee, in writing, that they will experience a significant increase in sales over the next 6 months. The percentage increase will be based on information provided by your sales tracking records.


3. The first two classes will be on a trial basis. If your people are not happy with how it is proceeding, there will be no charge for those services and materials- no questions asked. During that time we will provide valuable testing to determine personality traits of your people and how those relate to their job function. This will reveal both their strengths and areas they need to work on. These become targets for further improvement.


4. As the programme proves successful, and they wish to continue, then a fee structure will apply, including the classes already taught. If the programme is not successful, you have only risked your time, whilst being exposed to valuable information and coaching.


5. Your people can be coached on the following skills: cold calling, building rapport, remembering names, persuasion, closing, negotiation, goal setting, speed reading, communication, visualization, reducing stress, planning, organisation, self-motivation, breaking destructive patterns, The Seven Keys to Achievement, positive attitude, NLP, overcoming their weaknesses and benefiting from their strengths.


6. Coaching takes place on premises for 2 to 3 hours, once a week.
Later we can switch to every two weeks. Individual coaching is available on a limited basis, for an additional fee.

GROUP COACHING:
♦ Selling skills (many delegates say that 80% is new to them).
♦ People skills (building rapport, remembering names, etc.).
♦ Goal setting / goal achievement tools.
♦ Visualization skills (trainers talk about this, but nobody else has exercises designed to make people excellent at it).
♦ Determining personal values for sound decision making.
♦ Learning Exercises to embody valuable information.
♦ Excellent reading skills: reading is a key to always having the most up to date information on selling and related topics.

PERSONAL COACHING:
♦ Discovering a person's Hidden Negative Agenda (this overrides any other training and knowledge, limiting their earning potential).
♦ Neutralising the Hidden Negative Agenda.
♦ Replacing that Agenda with a more productive goal-oriented one.

7. The programme includes e-mail and phone support during the trial period as well.

8. We mutually agree on what your likely sales figures would be in the near future. Alchemy will take a percentage of your NEW sales growth. Typically, the last 5 years of sales will tell us what we need to know. Whatever the situation, we know you will be pleased with the results: greater profits and happier people.

FEES: We have a sliding scale of fees. At one end, you pay some fees for travel and materials. We take a reasonable percentage of your new profits (determined before we start). Or, you can pay an hourly fee, and we get a smaller percentage or no percentage. There are alternatives in the middle as well. The important point is that we all come away happier and wealthier.

PHILOSOPHY:
I have come to believe that sales performance is directly linked to self-worth. If a person does not have a good opinion of them self (subconscious self-esteem), then they do not believe that they deserve high earnings. They will find ways to lose sales, avoid sales, defer sales- anything but close sales. Therefore, beyond the basic and advanced skills of effective selling, I provide the means to reset their "self-esteem thermostat". Some of this is done in group, some one-to-one. The ROI is usually about 30 to 1 and higher, depending on the value of a sale.

FALSE BELIEFS:
When we are young and impressionable, we can believe things which are not true. Up until a certain age, we are not logical thinkers. We can easily associate one thing with another where there is no real tie between them.
For example, one client experienced the following situation: a friend of the family had become very successful and wealthy. At the pinnacle of his success, he suffered a coronary and died. The six year old who heard about this connected success with death. The semi-conscious thought was, “If I’m successful, I’ll die!” This was
not what we would call a resourceful thought.
Once discovered, and repeated OUT LOUD, it’s power immediately begins to dissipate. Thoughts in our head somehow seem to make sense. However, once we speak them aloud, they suddenly appear as what they are: totally false and nonsensical. [ It’s similar to how a dream seems perfectly reasonable WHILE we’re dreaming. Once we awaken, we quickly realise what nonsense it was] We can now take steps to reverse the situation.

Thank you so much for your instruction in the Results program. I manage a telemarketing company which was doing well but just barely. In the few short months since I started working with you amazing things have happened.

“I started to work with Ron in the middle of a difficult divorce, being stuck in a rather gloomy situation. The first breakthrough, after dealing with anxiety and anger, and going along with the forgiveness process, was to actually believe, deep in my bones, that I was in charge of my own destiny.

As far as making things happen in my life, I do not know of any other agent more powerful than the absolute, intimate and total belief that you are the one who makes it happen- good or bad. With the responsibility come the rewards.

Over the years, Ron and I have worked many times together, either privately or in group situations. It has always been a much-needed opportunity to re-center myself, my goals, and in a way of speaking, to put a radiant glow on that face I see in the mirror.

So we organized a trip for a few months later and took 17 people. A little extra charge on each person paid for our passage to France. Now we book painting tours 2 or 3 times per year. We’ve taken groups to France, Spain, Russia, China, Africa, the USA, Italy and the Middle East.

I do firmly believe we are what we think and what we feel, that we are in charge of our destiny, and that the “Universe” will fulfill our deepest desires and beliefs. Working with Ron always reinforces, with some really concrete evidence, this somewhat challenging standpoint.

The classes and meetings also give me practical, innovative creative tools to restructure my goals and to make them happen. My dreams become goals, and my goals become reality.”
