Effective Communication
Description: The latest and best practice for effectively communicating with colleagues,
customers, family and friends. Includes how to meet people, establish rapport and
earn trust. We look into NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Transactional Analysis
and do some role play. Lots of great hands-on exercises. We also spend time on written
communication, phone etiquette and body language. We also touch on some cross cultural
differences and customs.
Who would benefit? Anyone who feels their “message” does not get across well to others,
or gets unpredictable reactions from others.
